General Description:
Most All In Play Sports Events are 2 days, Saturday and Sunday.
2 day Events: Games will generally be played all day Saturday, from approximately 9:00 A.M local time to around 4:00 P.M.. Saturday or Day 1 is generally pool play for ALL teams.
Sunday games will generally be played from approximately 9:00 a.m. to approximately 2:00 P.M. Sunday or Day 2 is generally playoffs and Championships. ALL teams will play BOTH days.
ALL teams play a minimum of 4 games. Teams finishing First or Second will receive awards in all divisions.

Participation/Registration:
We offer Divisions for Boys and Girls U8 (2017-2018) through U18 (2017) and Adult (No minimum or maximum birth year required) Adult women will be placed in Adult Male division unless there are a minimum of 4 Adult Women teams. All teams guranteed a minimum of 4 Games.

Please select your team’s birth year (based on oldest player).All registrations for events must be done through the All In Play Sports website or The Sqwad App. Coaches and or Administrators can register via the web (https://www.allinplaysports.com) or through The Sqwad App, available on Android and Apple stores
Teams will not be eligible for “acceptance” or placed on the schedule until the registration fee has been received. ALL PAYMENTS must be received 6 Days (minimum) prior to any event.
Divisions:
Upon Registering, Teams are asked their level of play; Competitive or Recreational.
Teams whose players have a higher skill level or want to be in the most competitive environment available, should answer w Competitive. Teams that are lesser skilled or are new to the game, and don’t want to play in the most competitive environment, should respond with Recreational. Based on a team’s history, All In Play Sports reserves the right to place any team in the division it deems appropriate.
All In PLay Sports believes in a fair playing field and uses a variety of measures to attempt grouping teams into even playing divisions. When we go to create divisions, teams may be combined +/- 1 year and similar ability level where applicable.
Awards:
Very High Quality Individual Awards (Medals) will be awarded to First and Second Place finishers in all divisions (Registered Participants Only).

Qualifier 3v3 = 6 Players
Finish It 4v4 = 8 Players
Strike It 5v5 = 10 Players
Serve It 7v7 = 14 Players
Full Sided Events = Age Dependent
Team Registration Costs:
All In Play Sports believes everyone deserves the opportunity to compete. Costs are reflected to be as affordable as possible so please take advantage of pricing options.
ALL Events will hold an Early Registration cost which is up to 1 calendar month prior to event kickoff date.
A Standard Cost which is less than a month prior and up until 8 days prior to event Kickoff (generally Fridays at midnight)
Late Cost is 1 week prior to event kickoff up until the Tuesday morning of event week (Saturday through Tuesday morning)
Additional Discount codes may be distributed by ALL In Play Sports Staff via Email for
1- Registering 3 or more teams per event ( the more teams you enter, the bigger the discounts)
2- Playing in 2 or more Events per season
3- Hardship cases/Scholarships (open for review by AIP staff)
4- Club Kickbacks/Rebates/ discounts (10 or more)

A Registration is not complete until payment has been made in full. All In Play Sports will ONLY accept Credit Cards for individual teams. A Coach/Club that has a minimum of 7 teams may choose to mail a check or money order that must be received and processed by All In Play Sports at least 7 days prior to the event. There will be NO payments of any kind accepted onsite. Payments must be received prior to the corresponding dates to be eligible for the reduced fee. Ex: A Team Registered 40 days prior to event, but did not pay until 6 days out will require the Late payment fee.
Refund Policy:
All In Play Sports understands situations arise that may prevent a team from participating.
A team that is unable to play/(drop out) must communicate with All In Play Sports via email no later than Monday (5 days) 11:59 PM of event week. A team may choose to receive a full credit to any other event of the same format of their choosing in the next 12 months OR a refund of costs paid less $20 for CC processing fees. There will be NO refunds after the Monday (5 days) of event week. If necessary for Reimbursement, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. In the unlikely event there are not enough teams to form a reasonable division, said team(s) will be credited or refunded in Full.
Weather/Cancellation Policy:
All In Play Sports will do everything in its power to complete each and every event within the boundaries of safety and timeliness. Regrettably, Mother Nature does not always cooperate.
In the event there are dangerous playing conditions or fields are unplayable (determined by All In Play Staff) which cause a delay or cancellation, a revised plan of action will be made onsite and communicated through the SQWAD app or at headquarters.
Each situation is different so an exact plan cannot be made prior due to duration of delay, host facilities, timelines of facilities, officials, out of town travel, etc however there are a few guidelines All In Play Sports will look at as options. Most all of our events are 2 day events so when the stoppage occurs plays a big role in determining our next steps.
1- If play is anticipated to resume, there may simply be a delay or rescheduled
Games in Progress that have reached half time may be considered complete.
Games in progress that have NOT reached half time but 1 team is ahead by 4 or more goals may be considered complete.
Games not under either of previous scenarios, may be rescheduled/resumed at a safe and viable time from time of stoppage.
2- Time reductions for remaining games to be played (ie shorter halves or shorter game play)
3- Potential shootouts
4- Discern awards based on Pool Play or number of games played
5- If an event is cancelled, Depending on number of games played, All In Play will address each team individually and distribute a Credit for a future event to be used in the next 12 months. There will not be financial refunds.
Sanctioning:
Qualifier 3v3, Finish It 4v4, Strike It 5v5, and Serve It 7v7 Events are Non Sanctioned by USYS or any State associations unless expressly noted on the event web page. Participants are not covered by USYS or State Association supplemental insurance.
